International Personnel Management Association researched training
and development. The subsequent findings were that training and
development increased productivity by 22%, however, what is more
significant, is that when training was combined with coaching, productivity
increased by an astounding 88%.

International Coach Federation conducted a survey showing that 98.5%
of clients who had experienced coaching stated that their investment
in being coached, regardless of cost, was well worth the investment.
In addition 85% said they wanted a sounding board and 78% wanted
a motivator.

Chartered Management Institute research shows that 85% of managers
identify the main value of coaching as enhancing team morale and
80% say it is good at generating responsibility on the part of the
learner.
